Bathroom, shower and toilet on bedroom floor to share with only one other housemate. Hot water is never short and central heating always available during winter.
There is a shared garden. kitchen and lounge, with TV, Sky HD sports and BT Sports channel. and BT Infinity fibre Broadband. The Kitchen has the normal resources including a micro wave & dishwasher.
There is good off street parking. The house is within 15-20 mins walking distance of the High street & about 30 mins walk to train station into London/Euston. Milton Keynes is a 30min drive away and Dunstable/Houghton Regis/Luton 15-20min all easily accessed via A5. 10 min walk to F77 and F70 bus direct buses to Milton Keynes, Luton and 150 to Aylesbury
