Double Bedroom in a Lovely Home -free cleaning inc

This advert is more of a home share than a room to rent, my home is a very social house but also respectful of a person’s privacy.

I have a Double fully furnished bedroom available from the 1st December – which includes all bills, could be available sooner if required.

My home is my pride and joy and I have recently refurbished the whole house and my home is clean and tidy.

The room is fully furnished including a Double bed, mattress, Built in wardrobe, bedside table, under bed storage, mirror, bedside lamp and chest of drawers.

Wall mounted TV can be provided if you don't have your own.

Storage spaces have been allotted in the bathroom, kitchen.

My partner and i have our own en-suite so we won't use the main bathroom.

You may have use of all household amenities including bath/shower room, newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Fibre Optic for internet access is provided and included in the cost ( very fast connection / download speeds)

Very near close to Morrisons for local shopping (0. 2 miles).

Local bus and taxis facilities are very close.

Very close to town and a short walk (15mins) to the station.

Smokers are welcome but please could you smoke outside.

We have a gorgeous Cavapoo so lodgers must be good with small dogs.

We have a family cleaner which is all paid for and if you wish for no extra charge your room could be cleaned for you.

Full months deposit required as security which would be returned at the end of your stay.
