This is a clean, quiet and pleasant home. New flatemate MUST be the same. There is a cleaning rota to ensure everybody contributes fairly to keeping the flat clean. I'm looking for somebody medium/long term who will treat the flat as their home and add to the lovely atmosphere i have, rather than somebody looking for a short term hotel!
