Double room in 2 bed flat - Living with Couple

My wife and I are looking for clean, preferably quiet, flat mate for the spare double room in our flat in Luton. The room is available from the 6th of August.

The location is excellent with just a 10 min walk to Luton train station or the town centre and uni. The flat is very safe with excellent neighbours, secure entry etc. We are clean people and the flat is kept as tidy as possible. Im a 32 year old male, work in IT in London and my wife is a student. My wife is American and I am British. W are both originally from Bangladesh. We are friendly and accommodating, as can be confirmed by our current flat mate who is moving out in March. We also have a 2 year old kitten. She won’t go into the rooms and is very friendly : )

Please note that due to our religious beliefs we do not allow any alcohol in the flat and would ideally prefer someone who doesn’t drink. No smoking in the flat either, but you can easily go downstairs for a smoke!

Its very important for obvious reasons that we get along with the person we live with and also that the person gets along with us. We are looking for someone who's mature, clean, relatively quiet, (no parties etc as my younger days are long gone!) and respectful. We will help you settle in as much as we can and make you feel at home :)

The rent is just £340 for the room with all bills included as well as wifi. I think this is fantastic value for this fairly large double room (it looks smaller in the pics!) and for such a great location in Luton.

I have enclosed some pics of the room and the flat itself. The flat has a brand NEW bathroom which has just been finished. The room still has the current tenants possessions which will be removed by him when he leaves on the 6th of August. There is a bed, bedside table, closet for your clothes and another dressing table in the room.

Please note: The room looks smaller in the pics for some reason. Its actually a very decent size!
