We are looking for a professional person to join our friendly household. The room that is available to rent is a double and comes partly furnished. The monthly rent is £350 plus bills which is around £130 and is available from the end of February 2015.
A deposit of £430 will be required and the new housemate will also need to be referenced by the rental agency and the cost to that is £120
