Room in Family Home available

Single room offered in a 4-bed family home. The tenant would share the use of kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom with power shower and separate bath. It is myself and one of my children (aged 10) who occupies the property on a full-time basis and then on alternate weekends either both my children are here (aged 10 & 13) or neither of them are whilst they visit their father.

I'm looking for a professional and friendly female to let the room on offer that has a single bed, wardrobe and units for storage. I would be looking for someone who is happy to live in a family environment and ideally who is quite social :) although of course privacy would be respected!

I also have one cat and one dog who are very friendly. The rent includes full use of WIFI, UK phone calls (not mobiles), water and bills except Council Tax. I would require a deposit of £200 and payment of rent in advance of that coming month.

I am a friendly and fun 40-year old woman, who is very social and I work from home on a full-time basis as a professional Executive Assistant for a Business Consultancy. I enjoy films, socialising, my family, reading, a glass of wine or two and the gym.
