Large Bedroom

My current lodger is leaving the area shortly, so my spare room will be available again. It has been recently redecorated and am looking to rent it out from around mid April.

The room is approx 3m x 3. 5m (10ft x 12ft). Currently has a single bed, but will easily fit a double.

Full use of shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge etc.

I have wireless broadband as well which is included along with all other bills (except the phone).

The house is at the end of a quite street, about a 5 min walk to the centre of Sandy. 15 min walk to the train station.
