Our home is friendly, modern clean and welcoming. We are in a 4 bed townhouse within St Ivel Park. You will be able to park on the drive. The room is available from the 1st Jan 15 for 1 x professional lodger only. No Smoking household. Professional Household.

Sunny double bedroom overlooking back garden with sole use of bathroom, shower & bath. Built in double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lights. Pillows, bedding and coat hangers supplied. Digital TV with unlimited broadband. Bedding & Towels will be laundered.

We have a Border Collie dog 1 year old who loves new people and is very playful.
We will respect your privacy and vice versa there will be some house rules.

Kitchen/diner avail for meals no meals in lounge or bedroom please. Separate fridge avail for use and own kitchen cupboard.
Toilet rolls, handwash, bathroom toilet cleaner/cloth all included for your use.

Tea, coffee, condiments, sauces provided.
