I have recently bought and refurbished my first house. There is a beautiful second bedroom available which I do not use. I am a friendly, sociable guy who dosn't just want a housemate a little more like someone I can have the odd beer, cocktail, go for a run with, chat about our day or watch Grand Designs & movies.
If this sounds like you, I have a fully furnished double bedroom with a view of the garden (which needs a little work!), built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a double bed. There is a beatiful living room with an open fire, newly fitted kitchen, bathroom, study and dining room for you to make yourself at home in.
I also manage my own business which keeps me constantly busy!
