Rooms close to TUI office and LTN airport

Hello,

My current housemate is off to start a new career in New York so I am looking for a new housemate to join me in lovely Luton from March.

The room she is leaving behind is a fully furnished double room with big fitted wardrobes and plenty of shelf space. I have just had blackout blinds fitted in the room so the curtains featured in the picture are no longer there.

The house itself is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a shared downstairs bathroom, lounge, kitchen, conservatory (with dining table) and a private garden at the rear. There is plenty of storage space if needed in the loft and also 2 sheds in the garden. 100Mb broadband is installed in the house so you can watch Netflix to your hearts content :)

I also have a second single room to rent out which comes with a new bed, new carpet, wardrobes and drawers.

Potential tenant must be clean and tidy and respect others space and privacy. Happy to consider mon - fri rent and short term also.

Ideally suited to female professional. No pets, smokers, couples or DSS please.
