Large, airy double room in a house share for rent in the lovely village of Toddington, Bedfordshire. Situated in a quiet close.

Neutrally decorated with lots of storage- triple wardrobe with drawers, large chest of drawers and bedside tables plus a large mirror for admiring yourself!! Telephone point and aerial in bedroom.

£290 per calender month not including any bills. The recent tenant's had a joint account to pay bill money into so this is an option for you.
Wireless or wired internet connection available if bill contributed towards.

Shared bathroom where a bath or separate shower cubicle are available to use. All normal kitchen facilities (no dishwasher!) with washer and tumble dryer. Front and rear garden.

I will accept smokers however if you are a particularly heavy smoker I would ask that this is done at the back door or in the garden.

Toddington has a good range of pubs- 7 I believe (beware the village pond after a Toddington pub crawl!) , and a good choice of little shops (chemist, butchers, bakers, co-op etc) Fish and Chips, Chinese and Indian are available in the village plus a pizza/burger place which only appears to open for about 2 hrs per day!!

Excellent access to M1, A5, A6 and close to Harlington Train station (5/10 mins), and Luton Main and Luton Parkway stations (20 mins). Leighton Buzzard Station is also about 20 mins away.

About the current other tenant- 50 year old male in full time work.
Very easy going, likes to keep the place clean & tidy.

I don't have a preference to age or sex of potential lodger- just an easy going nature and the ability to pay the rent would be good!!!
