Two rooms to rent together - bedroom & living room

We have two rooms to rent, preferably to same person, above a villlage public house. One is a double room and the other could be a living room. They are part furnished. Our chef also lives above the pub and has her own bedroom and separate living room. There is a shared bathroom/WC at present but we plan to put in another. There is also a separate toilet. We also plan to put in a small kitchenette area. All applicants will be credit checked and references required. Non smoking, professionals only please. £150 per week for both rooms, inclusive of bills. £150 deposit and £150 weeks rent in advance. Only £35 credit check charge (what is costs us).
