I have a double room which is avail to rent from 01. 04. 19 it's very spacious MUST BE SEEN to be appreciated very good value for money it comes with a double bed - dressing table and built in wardrobe - carpet - central heating and shelf space .. lovely comfortable rooms must be seen to be enjoyed - includes a small tv in bedroom with DVD free
The house consists of All amenties including a 48" tv Virgin /Sky TV in the Communal area with Fast Wifi Internet, there is a Local Post Office, and 2 Mini Supermarkets with Cash-point Doctors Surgery, Pharmacy and Bus Stop all within 3mins walking from the House. Buses are regular everyday running to and from Bedford to Cranfield and parking availiable for upto 6 Cars in the drive way.

The accommodation is near to Cranfield and easy access to M1 & new A421 There is a regular bus route to Bedford town centre and railway st.

I have previously rented to students which has worked out very well. I also feel this accommodation would be suitable for professional person.

The house is spacious and has the facilities of Kitchen, lounge, utility room, garden and large driveway etc. There is room for a study desk in each the room.

Hygiene is important and I would expect a person to keep the room clean and tidy and the kitchen after cooking etc. and respect and consider others in the house, no noise after a reasonable time, etc.

This house has to be seen to be appreciated.
