Relaxed, comfortable home. I'm looking for someone who is considerate and will be respectful of my home. I have 2 quiet, clean dogs and work from home a fair bit. This is a room for one female who works full time.
Because you'd have your own living room it would suit someone looking for their own space. The bedroom is fairly small but does have a king size bed in it. The lodger living room is a decent size with storage if needed. There is also a separate downstairs loo.

If the room is only needed Mon to Fri the rent would be £390. per month.
