I’m an easy going and friendly professional who would like to let my spare room to a respectful person Monday to Friday only. No couples or families please.
The room is a double and you would also have the use of your own bathroom. Drawers and wardrobe space in the room. A desk can also be provided if required.
The apartment is in a lovely quiet area of Ascot only a 10 minute walk into the town centre and 15 minute walk from the station. Close to the racecourse and countryside nearby. Communal garden outside and parking available. Broadband available as well as Netflix and Sky Sports. Short and longer term let’s considered.
