With Large king size bed- room and a large Ensuite bathroom with shower and separate fully fitted galley kitchen ,attached to our house for rent , in lovely quiet street in pretty little village of Sunninghill in Ascot , just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops of the high street and 15 minutes walk to Ascot train station with direct lines to London Waterloo , 15 minutes drive to Windsor .

Wifi , fully fitted kitchen ( fridge freezer , washing machine , oven and hob)
Fully furnished with white furniture -king size bed, under bed storage, wardrobe, and bedside unit ,

Inclusive of all bills .
Family and two cats live in the main house so looking for professional working person ,clean ,respectful and non smoking , plenty of parking opposite . Or in the drive if you have a small car
Indoor cats allowed , but sadly no dogs as this would upset the cats as they are afraid , previous landlord references preferred but character references if not
I’m looking for someone who will care for it as if it was their own home

A months rent in advance and a months deposit to secure the property
