Large double room with comfortable seating area (Fully Furnished) to rent in large clean 5 bedroom house, driveway parking, broadband, sky TV in the bedroom, all inclusive of bills. Close to M3 & M4 and all local amenities. I am looking for someone who will clean up after themselves, socialble and friendly. Currently just myself living in the house but looking to rent 2 rooms in total. My previous tenants have stayed for 3+ years so i don't think i'm that bad, i dont bite!.
