Friendly House in quiet location close to town.

I have a room available in a quiet friendly house on the North side of Bracknell, 10 mins walk from the town centre. The room has a double bed, desk and chair. Plenty of storage space although is only available for single person occupancy. Unfortunately there is no en suite, however there is a strict "clean after use" protocol for the bathroom and kitchen. All bills are included for fair use including council tax. This is a house share so everyone has to get on and do their bit (Washing up, cleaning etc). If I'm cooking anyway I will normally share whatever is on the menu, or you can cook your own. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, pots pans, microwave, etc available to use. There is a laundry room, cloakroom, dining room, designated high speed broadband. Outside there is a great garden that gets the sun in the summer time.
If you like loud music, late nights and having your mates round, then please pass this one by. We do have a laugh but we all have to get up in the morning! Oh and there is a pub opposite!
