A nicely decorated/furnished good size double room for rent Mon-Fri. It has a bed, flat screen tv, setbof drawer, bedside table and lamp, fibre broadband, the room now has curtains.
The main advantages of this let are: only sharing with 1 person - the owner and the house/room is quite spacious and quiet.
There is off street parking on the drive, a big garden, A brand new kitchen and modern bathroom, I have 2 cats.
It would suit someone professional who looking for a peaceful quiet, clean house.
The room is not available Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (however it is rarely used on these days) and lodgers can leave their belongings no problem
