Double room in great shared house

First floor double room in a recently refurbished house. House has all mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There are 2 shower/bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Rooms are fully furnished. Rent starts from £475 for single occupancy, £525 for sharing. A cleaner comes weekly to do the communal areas and landlords even provide toilet rolls! All bills are included, high speed fibre broadband is included in the rent.

There is a shared kitchen/dining area which includes all utensils, crockery, cutlery, pans etc. What more you could want - just ask and we will see what we can do.

About the landlords: We have a number of house that we let rooms in. We operate to a very high standard, all our tenants are professional and are required to provide references. We work closely with the local council to ensure all safety standards are met and regularly inspect our properties to ensure they are well maintained and any issues dealt with immediately.
