I am looking for a female lodger for my family home.
I am a 33 year old professional and live with my partner and 5 year old daughter. We also have two cats and a dog, all of which are well behaved.
We are very friendly and welcoming, and will always respect your space and privacy.
The house is a large 3 bed end of terrace property with a family bathroom and downstairs toilet. All rooms are of a good size.
The room to let is a double room with built in cupboard / wardrobe. The room can be rented as furnished or unfurnished.
Monthly rent amount is £400, with £400 as a deposit.
The room will be available from 1st November 2016.
