Hi! Thank you for looking at our profile. I currently live at this property with my girlfriend and a three year old girl. We both work as professionals in the Accountancy industry and we also study outside of work. The house is located in a lovely quiet area with private parking at the rear of the house or public parking on the side. The train station and town is only a walk away plus easy access to the M3 and M4 if you have a car. We have a large spare double room to advertise which can easily fit in a double/king size bed, desk and units. The room is currently un-furnished but has a large in-built storage area. The room is advertised at £350 per month un-furnished or £400 per month furnished. All bills are included. We have a nice size kitchen, living room and garden.
