I have a double room in the location of Jennetts Park, Bracknell available immediately. It is furnished with a double bed, extra furniture can be purchased if required or you are welcome to bring your own.

The room is in a new 2 bedroom house, consisting of 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room. All other areas apart from the bedroom available are fully furnished. Broadband and Media Services are available.

The property consists of a double parking space, so parking is available if required.

The current tenant is a professional working individual whom works for a well known corporate software company and works Mon - Fri between the hours of 7am and 9pm.

It is important that you are tidy, clean and respectful towards others. other than that I am fairly relaxed, generally I am away from the property so hence the above being a requirement.
