Comfy double room in 2 bed place

Hi I'm Ben! My current housemate is looking to move out so I've got a double room available in a 2 bed house right next to Martins Heron train station. Sharing with me (an attached 31 year old male) and his friendly and equally sociable cat.

The room is very quiet and bright from the morning sun, cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. It can be rented furnished/ part furnished with an inbuilt wardrobe, bed (if required), drawers and shelf unit included.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking and friendly neighbours. It has a well kept garden which I use for BBQ's and to grow vegetables. Inside there is a shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen all decorated to a modern standard with cosy furnishings.

I'm tidy, reliable and respectful of others and would expect something similar from my flat/housemates. I'm a professional engineer working 9-5 and often out in the evenings and weekends. I'm looking for a similarly tidy, quiet and relaxed person to share with. I love cycling, watching movies, socialising and I'm a good cook too!

Broadband, sky TV and util included in the reasonable total rent cost. Deposit is payable via TDS.

You'll struggle to find such good value so near to a train station.
