Furnished double for short term lets

Decent sized double room (this used to be the master bedroom) with built in cupboards providing good storage. 3 bed house but I will not be letting out the third bedroom so you would be sharing with one other person (me).

I own the house and so would like to think all the furniture etc is good quality. Small garden that I am currently working on improving and outside dining space for when the sun comes out. I have one cat, that some people might call slightly spoiled :).

I am just looking for a short term let over the summer. However if the tenant wanted to stay longer and it all worked out, I would consider extending. There is a freesat cable in the bedroom and all bills (incl WiFi) would be included in the rent. A little bit about me: I work as a Product Manager, I play tennis and am a massive chocoholic! I like to keep the house clean but am not massively over-anal about tidyness etc.

House would be convenient for anyone working/studying in Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Bagshot and anywhere along the M3/M4 corridors. There is an Aldi right next door and also a lovely park just across the road (South Hill Park). Plenty of on street parking and the neighbourhood is very safe.
