Double room in lovely village location

Double room to rent in a 3 bedroom house in a lovely village location within 5 miles from Newbury. I have a large bedroom furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and bedside tables. Sky television is also installed and I can provide a small TV if needed. We have a shared bathroom, kitchen, downstairs toilet and a lovely large garden and patio area. I currently share the property with my daughter who is 20 and my dog who is very friendly. We would love to share our home with someone who is easy going, tidy and friendly. I would suggest that the room would need to be let to someone that can drive as we do not have very good public transport in the village. There is ample on street parking.
