This is a village location and is ideal for AWE Aldermaston, Theale, Reading, Newbury and Basingstoke. There is room for parking and a large garden where I spend a lot of my time. I would expect you to be clean and tidy and to respect shared areas of the property. I am a keen gardener but I also enjoy painting, reading and walking.
