Looking for one professional housemate. Adverts states 6 months maximum let, but that is open to extension if the basic house rules are adhered to.

The master bedroom with en suite is on the first floor of the house. The room is fully furnished so will not suit anyone that has their own furniture. Likewise, the kitchen... every appliance etc is available to use/share and with limited cupboard space...anyone with box loads of kitchenware.. best look elsewhere.

The double bed has a built in tv with SKY + Sports package included. There are plenty for storage place in cupboard/chest of drawers/canvas shoe rack and canvas wardrobes.

The house has all mod cons (see pics) inc broadband/American fridge/separate washer/dryer/dishwasher and mega flow central heating.

Secure super fast fibre optic broadband speeds are also available. Sky Q Tv with sports package. Weights & spinning equipment for all to use in living/dining room.

A little about me. . I'm a property developer/landlord. Travel is a passion for me. I tend to spend my winters abroad, so although I'm a live-in landlord, I am away a number of times throughout the year. I’m currently in Thailand and may have to stay another 2/3 months, so my housemate Abbey will handle viewings. .

My only other current housemate (female -26) and is studying as a trainee solicitor, but also goes to the local gym regularly, plays volleyball, as well as working part time in a bar at the weekends.

The available room would suit a single, working professional. Strictly no couples/DSS.
