Bright and airy double room for midweek let.

I have a double bright and airy room available in my home for a midweek let with the option of staying over the odd weekend for a reasonable fee. My house is situated in a quiet road with very adequate off road parking. Three minutes walk to bus stop and 30 minutes walk to town centre and station.
My new kitchen has just been completed which extends into a large and bright conservatory which is used all year round and is the main social hub of the house. Outside is spacious decking and a beautiful secluded garden.
I have two small non moulting dogs, so an animal lover would be preferable.
Non smoker preferred but someone who was a light smoker would be ok if they were happy to smoke outside.
