Housemate wanted in friendly Caversham houseshare

We’re a friendly household of 2 girls, aged 25 and 28, looking for two more housemates around the same age (preferably 24 – 30). We’ve lived in the flat for two years now and really love it. It’s definitely a home, rather than just a houseshare so we’re hoping to find people that want to socialize and stay for 6months plus. The flat’s in lower Caversham, close to all the shops and the Thames. We don’t have a garden but we’re only a couple of minutes from the river and a roof terrace is in the process of being built for our use. The train station and city centre is 10-15mins walk away and there is off-road parking available for up to 4 cars (for free!). Cavershams got a few pubs, big waitrose, little tesco, boots, coffee shops and loads of other little shops – really nice place to live.

The rooms are fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside tables and sink). We also have Virgin TV and broadband in the living room. We socialise together a lot and are looking for a housemates to be a friend to us, not just people to fill the room.

Rent is paid per month (£325/£320 – one rooms a little bigger, but both good size doubles). Council tax and bills come to around £100 per month - very cheap for a large flat in lower Caversham (so around £420pppm all in). Professionals preferred due to council tax reasons. The contract is also more long term, so anyone looking for something temporary (less than 6 months) is unfortunately not suitable.
