This lovely cosy room is available from Friday 9th December in our listed 17th century house; it is a minute walk to Caversham, 8 minutes to Reading station and centre. The room has lots of original features, old wide floorboards and open fireplace, which is now blocked off. There is a comfortable double bed, a small kitchenette, including microwave, small fridge and portable sink, plus all the required cutlery and crockery. The rent includes all bills, wifi, parking and access to the garden and river. This room is most suitable for a single professional person, who is happy to share a house, but wants their own privacy, or someone who is looking for temporary accommodation until their house purchase goes through.
