Single room in modern, clean and friendly home

I am looking for a professional single person to share my modern 4 bed roomed detached family home.
We have a clean and tidy house which has been decorated to a high standard in a very quiet area of Crowthorne. We are in a perfect location for easy access to the M4/M3 corridors. We are a 5 min walk to Crowthorne station which provides direct trains to Reading, Guildford and Gatwick.
I am a working professional person with a teenage son who is very polite and considerate. To the disappointment of the friends and relatives who bought the noisy instruments throughout his childhood, I pleased to say he never took them up as a hobby (phew!)

We have a modern kitchen and utility room equipped with all the usual bits and pieces, including full use of cooking utensils. There is cupboard space for storage of dry goods and use of a fridge/freezer
We have off street parking for 3/4 cars and there is additional street parking with no restrictions.

The room itself is a single with ample storage, laminate flooring, Flat screen tv with full free view.

The family bathroom which has a bath/shower, used occasionally as we have ensuite

What I'm looking for is someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of others privacy and property. We love to chat but due to our busy schedules, also enjoy peace and quiet!

BT infinity is available for free usage, and for information, the family pet is one playful tiny outdoor cat

Please note, this is a professional family home and the room is for single occupancy so please don't enquire if you intend to move in with a partner or wish to have overnight guests.....
