Pretty single room, with quiet reading and working space in adjacent room, available in stunning one storey barn conversion just 8 minutes drive from central Newbury. The room would be ideal for someone who wants a simple crash pad on weekdays (leaving on a Friday).
The room is in a stunning contemporary barn conversion with beautiful garden and views of the countryside with horses and animals outside. However, it is just 5 minutes drive from central Newbury and 10 minutes drive from Kintbury/Hungerford. It offers the best of both worlds.
This would suit someone independent, who likes their own space, who needs a crash pad on a temporary basis - a contracter, or someone who goes home or away at weekends. Kitchen and washing facilities shared with live in landlady and her daughter. The main living and kitchen area is open plan so, although we're nice people and friendly, we'd prefer someone who just shared the kitchen but was happy to peel off and use the other areas of the house to relax in the evenings!
