Hello,

We are a professional couple of mixed nationality (UK & Indian) with one child and one cat. We are offering a single, furnished room in our family home. The room has a sizable built-in wardrobe and can be provided part or fully furnished as needed. We are friendly people who are happy to chat but will equally respect your privacy if that is what you need. We don’t make excessive noise and we do not smoke; we would expect the same consideration from any tenant staying in our home.

The property - a four bedroom house with two sitting rooms (one of which has a balcony) and ample off-street parking. We are close to one of the main roads into Slough; the M4 & M40 are 5-10 minute drive away and there is a bus stop within a few minutes walk of the property. Laundry facilities, broadband and kitchen would all be shared. Bills are included in the price. We also have a pleasant, south-facing, rear garden with a decking area and sun awning; ideal for quiet relaxation after a hard day at work.

Due to having a young child we are seeking females only. You need to have good references and we would contact your employer to confirm you are employed in the UK legitimately. We would prefer Indian professionals who are in the UK to work but would happily consider anyone else who meets the above criteria.
