The house a a relatively new build so has double glazing, good insulation and warm central heating.

The garden is quite large with a patio area and has two storage sheds.
One of the housemates does own a border collie so must be ok with dogs.

We've just moved in ourselves so are a bit unsure about how much bills will be but it souldn't be too much as it is split between 4 people and the house is new with good insulation so shouldn't cost much to heat. We already have a TV licence and everything else should fall into place soon.

1 months rent and £645 deposit would need to be paid upfront. References would be required.
