Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the available room is a generous double with dual aspect. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other.

The housemates are 2 professional females in their 30's. Both super friendly, sociable and very independent with busy lives.

Kintbury is a great and vibrant village with lots of young professionals. There are 3 pubs, 2 of which are great with very hospitable management. There is also a shop/post office just across the street from the house and a doctors surgery.

There are direct train links to Newbury (10 mins) Reading (20 mins) & London Paddington (55 mins) By road the A4 is 2 mins drive which gives easy access to the M4 & A34 making it an ideal access point for much of the country.
