Double Room for rent in Langley - Pets welcome

Looking for a 3rd person to share a 3 bedroom, 2nd (Top) floor flat in Langley with live in land lady (weekends only) and female lodger. There is a spacious, newly decorated, double room available for immediate occupancy to the right person.. or would consider a couple. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a large chest of draws, bedside cupboards, lamps, tv/dvd and sky box.
We all share the spacious lounge with tv/dvd/sky, large bathroom with over bath shower and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine lots of storage and 2 fridge/freezers. Good WI-FI throughout the flat.
The flat is situated in a cul-de-sac so it is quiet and there is plenty of places to park (free and non designated). Very close to local shops, doctor and dentist. 20 minute walk to Langley Rail Station with direct links to Paddington, Slough, Reading and Oxford. 5 minutes drive to Junction 5 of the M4. Bus stop for 75/76/78 at the end of the road which gets you into Heathrow T5/Central within 20 mins, Slough, Burnham, Maidenhead. Bus stop for 81 (Hounslow/Slough), 71 (H'row/Windsor) and 702 (Victoria/Windsor/Legoland/Asc ot) 10 minutes walk.
Room is £500 per month (single person) £575 per month(couple) which includes ALL utilities EXCEPT PHONE and FOOD. If you want the room then you will need to pay the first and last months rent in advance plus a month as a deposit. One months notice will be expected when you wish to leave and deposit will be returned once room has been returned to the condition it was upon renting.
If you have a cat, small(ish)dog, snake, ferret, fish, rabbit etc...then they are welcome too as we love animals.
You must be either employed or studying for a Masters, PhD or Post Doc with a laid back personality, good sense of humour, fully conversant in English and able to hold an interesting conversation over a glass of wine or a beer
