Lovely large, practical, double room in private, relaxed, happy, shared home. large fitted wardrobes, with shelving, draws and storage above, for suitcases ect. It also has a large purpose built cupboard housing a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The room also comes with a small wall mounted TV, a large new, black desk, chair, and large mirror above. It has wood flooring throughout and comes with a relatively new double bed with large storage drawers. The room has its own lock and key, for your privacy. We have a relaxing artificial water garden to the rear, complete with loungers, sofas, bbq and shaded decking area. we also have two house bicycles, to use, for trips to the leisure centre and the town which are only 7 mins away by bicycle. We have local shops a 5 minute walk away and a 24 hour petrol station and supermarket. This is more of a guest house, a home, from home, complete with a chihuahua pet dog. You're parcels will be delivered safe and secure and you will be looked after. All bills and toilet rolls are included. You will only clean your room. My cleaner does the rest. You will only pay the deposit when moving in, your rent will never be paid in advance.
