Friendly house share, current house mates are 2 girls and 1 guy, two are new to the area. The house has a large homely lounge & dining room, gas central heating and a garden to the rear for BBQs in the summer.

1 bright double room in a semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes walk to Maidenhead town centre and train station.

Wifi included throughout the property and furnished to a high specification, great if you are a professional looking for a lovely and clean place to live with nice people. There is a communal lounge with a TV.

All bills are included in the price.

The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, washing machine and fridge there is an extra fridge/freezer and freezer in the dining room. The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery. There is a door to the garden with a garage to store your bike.

All rooms are furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. Really good sized doubles.

Cleaner and gardener included in the rent!

This room is available for 3 months, so if you want a great place to live for 3 months call me. I have other properties in the area, so at the of 3 months if you are staying around I could have a vacancy elsewhere.
