Room is furnished with large wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, sofa, TV aerial point.

BT Vision (like Sky) & BT infinity unlimited internet - really fast ! All bills included. References required. No smokers.

1.1 mile from town centre. Close to local shops, pubs, bus stop. Lots of street & driveway parking in safe street.

We would like some who is independent, working, reliable, clean and responsible, who wants a comfortable friendly place to live.
