This house-share is just 10 minutes walk to the town and 15 minutes to the train station.

It is a really well maintained house with tenants are looking for a sociable house-mate to share with.

The bathroom is only a couple of years old and there are also new carpets.

The bedrooms have good quality furniture which includes a wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bed, also a TV point.

There is a good sized communal lounge with sofas, TV, and coffee table as well as unlimited download fibre broadband and Virgin TiVo. The large kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven and 5 ring gas hob. There is lots of storage for your things and we provide basic crockery, cutlery and saucepans.

Outside there is decking and a garden laid to lawn with a shed for storage.

There is an additional shower room and toilet.

A cleaner once a fortnight and a gardener are included in the rent as well as all bills.

The existing tenants all work 9-5 in the local area and enjoy sports, cooking and socialising. They want a like minded, easy going tenant to join them.
