We are a married couple in our early 30's, looking to rent our spare room Monday - Friday to a single professional.
The room is a furnished, spacious double, with the added benefit of a self contained loft conversion, which will be the tenant's living room/office.
You will be sharing the kitchen & bathroom with us.
The house is very spacious and also boasts the benefit of a car parking space on driveway for an average sized car.
The A404 and M4 can be reached in 5 mins by car and Maidenhead train station is approx 20min walk away.
We are a quiet couple, with no children or pets - so we are looking for another quiet and tidy person to share with.
The room is available immediately, pending references and security deposit paid in advance.
