Large double in a pleasant area

Hi,

We have a large double room available in our houseshare. It's located in a pleasant area near the Thames and Boulters Lock. We are all young professionals and are seeking someone like minded to join our little household.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and sociable.

We have a large house, with good sized rooms. We have a double room available, it's a good size with wardrobes, built in cupboards and all the necessary furniture. It's £350 per month and bills are split and usually come to around £50 per month. Which is a bargain considering it's size and location! This includes broadband and BT tv including Netflix and catch up.

The rest of the house is aged between 24 and 30 so we are looking for someone roughly between 20-30 yrs, we will select the person we think will fit in best. At the moment it's a mix of girls and guys in the house. Possibly prefer a female.

It's ideal for people working in Slough, Maidenhead, Reading, Windsor, High Wycombe and it's easy access to the M4.

Comes with own parking space on the drive, garage for storage and we also have a patio and good sized garden.
