The fully furnished freshly decorated double bedroom includes bills, BT Infinity WiFi, television with Free View, new double bed with under bed storage, wardrobe with draws, desk and chair or good sized chest of draws, linen and towels. The house is beautifully furnished in excellent condition and also has off-road parking, private garden, patio and frequently used bbq.

Currently occupied by the owner (and my son who is away at University), you would have mainly sole use of the second bathroom with bath and power shower. The modern kitchen has new appliances including washing machine and microwave, plus there is a living room, separate dining room and cloakroom.

Social, yet respecting other people's privacy too, I enjoy music, travel, cooking, watching rugby and polo and have a fairly easy going attitude. The house is relaxed, clean and tidy and would be perfect for a working professional (male or female) who is like minded and considerate, for either 7 days per week share OR Monday to Friday (with possible discount considered), to move in on either a long or short term basis.
