Rooms in charming house, 1 mile from station

Single Room

I have a choice of 2 furnished rooms available for rent in a very spacious, charming house 1 mile from Maidenhead station and town centre. I am only interested in female tenants.

There is a very spacious single bedroom, or a slightly smaller double bedroom available (DOUBLE NOW TAKEN!). There is plenty of shared living space, including a living room, dining room, modern and well-equipped kitchen, separate utility room, 2 bathrooms (none ensuite) and a beautiful garden complete with a trampoline. You would be welcome to share this living space and garden.
There is 1 off-street parking space available.

I am asking £600 rent per month for either room, to include all bills and use of the shared living space. A cleaner comes once a fortnight and this would be included as well.
The maximum stay I can offer is until 31 October 2015, but I would be open to any length of stay shorter than this, or a flexible arrangement such as Monday-Friday.

I will be a live-in landlord, so a bit about me: I am honest, friendly, considerate and well organised. I like chatting, shopping, eating out, watching TV, gardening and Zumba. I’m a non-smoker and have no pets.
