There is 1 cupboard in kitchen for personal food but although I appreciate and don't mind anybody bringing their own mug all other crockery etc is provided so no need for own - their is a dishwasher for all to use

Personal space also in fridge and freezer provided.

Rent includes all utility bills + Internet

Off Street Parking on Private Drive - Use of large garden also large storage shed

Close to town centre and all public transport

Must be in Full Time Employment NO WORKING FROM HOME - Ref Required - will consider Self Employed

Must like cats [ 2 in residence ]
Smoking allowed outside in garden - I do smoke but my son does not.

Enjoy a glass of wine sometimes

Would like a person who likes music I tend to have Heart Radio on first thing in the morning and weekends and football as we are football fans !
My son also is a keen jogger as is his girlfriend who does stay over most weekends

£300 per month payable on moving in £100 deposit to secure room
