The room overlooks the 100ft garden. The room has just been re-decorated and updated. The room is modern and is available furnished/unfurnished inc TV.

There is parking available for 1 car to go with the room, however there is plenty of on street parking as well. The House is on a nice quiet road only 10 mins walk into town and 2 mins walk to Vodafone HQ.

Brand New kitchen available to share with Landlord.

Broadband is included in the rent.
Landline Calls not inc and will be charged as extra if used. As will any Sky purchases.

There is a large, secure outbuilding available for bike storage.

I’m a quiet yet sociable house mate. I play and watch lots of sports so I am away a lot at weekends, so I need someone in the property I can trust. I work 9-5 so the house is never noisy as when I come home I tend to unwind with a film or watching sports.
