I live in the house with my two girls, 9 & 12 years of age, and a working tenant in her 20s. We also have a cat. We are friendly people who value maintaining a social atmosphere, but it's equally essential to us that our prospective housemate demonstrates consideration and maintains cleanliness and tidiness at all times. Since it’s all female with two children, we strictly don’t want any male guests staying overnight and are looking for a tenant who works from the office and not from home because I work in the living area most of the time. If not, we can consider a maximum of two days working from home.
