1 minute walk to V10 Vodafone bus route, and 5 mins to Community Hospital

Five mins walk to good services for bus to Reading, Thatcham and Newbury, and 10 to 15 mins to all the facilities in Newbury such as at Parkway, the Rail Station, Newbury Racecourse etc. There are also good cycle routes in the area.

The room overlooks the garden and is quiet. There is inbuilt storage for hanging clothes so you can leave clothes over the weekend. Bed linen provided at no extra charge – which will also be washed every week. The house has all the usual facilities including microwave/grill, dishwasher, cooker, oven, washing machine, shower, driveway and a garage. The garage can be used for covered storage for a bicycle.

The occasional weekend can be considered subject to circumstances and agreement in advance. Frequent /regular weekend stays will not be available.
