I am a live out landlord and currently live and work in London. I have however kept my room empty in case I need to return for house related reasons and require to stay the night. This however is extremely rare.
I promise you will not find another landlord as laid back as me! As long as you pay the rent on time it is your house and I'd like you to treat it as your home.
House is clean and quiet and would suit a young professional. No DSS, pets or students sorry.
